Conditioning Tank (40ft)

NPE’s conditioning tanks have been designed, built and certified at NPE to assist with our solids processing solutions. The design allows top loading of the tank for various configurations including 2 x 20ft skids or a single 40ft processing skid. With its unique design, allows NPE the flexibility to provide a full turnkey screening and separation solution for our customers based on the site and material requirements whilst ensuring a reduced footprint. 

The conditioning tanks are deployed with our mobile centrifuges to ensure that we can maintain a constant and continuous feed for the centrifuges whilst retaining the ability to alter our pumping rates and the solids percentage of the material we are pumping. 

In addition to a feed auger inside the V bottom tank to process grit and heavy solids material through our separation process, the tanks are equipped with multiple inlets, outlets, sample points, accessories storage boxes and access ladders for ease of use.
