CRUSADER Waterlord Mine Dewatering Layflat Hose

Waterlord® is a high-quality hose for pumping water out of and across mine sites. It is suitable for many industrial pumping applications when high pressure is required. Reel systems are also available for ease of handling large diameter hose.

Proudly manufactured in Australia by Crusader Hose, Waterlord® is made in a large range of diameters from 40 mm to 305 mm and is available in continuous lengths of up to 250 m. Each roll is fully tested at our factory prior to despatch to your site.

Crusader Water Reel System

The Crusader Hose Reel System is the simplest, fastest and most compact system available for delivering layflat hose in the field. The interchangeable spools make it quick and easy to handle multiple lengths of hose. Storage and transport is simple.

REINFORCEMENT: High tensile textile braid with embedded wire helix.

APPLICATION: For water transfer

Heavy Duty Black Layflat Hose

APPLICATION: General purpose rubber covered layflat hose used for the transfer of water in the pump hire and civil construction industries, other applications include dewatering, temporary bypass lines, irrigation installations as well as pumping of sludge and liquid fertilizer. 

REINFORCEMENT: High strength circular woven textile braid

INNER TUBE: Black Nitrile

TEMPERATURE: -20℃ to +80℃
